Here at Lower Barn Glamping we have the means to provide you the very best when it comes to a corporate event.

Whether it organising an out of office meeting, a team building day for you and the staff, perhaps a company celebration or even just a day out the office, we have you covered. Lower Barn Glamping welcomes you and all you bring.

 

 

Corporate meetings –

When it comes to corporate meetings here at Lower Barn Farm there isn’t much we haven’t covered. From the smallest of glamping hospitality venues/meetings all the way up to large capacity marquees involving motivational speakers, seminars, and just a general company meet up.

We have a large selection of outside venues to be chosen from that can be filled with as quirky (things) from bean bags with cow skin rugs or the formal table and chair lay out, you name it and we can provide.

Food and refreshments can be arranged all from the ‘well known brands’ or the infamous locally sourced products making it that little bit more of an ‘off the grid’ experience for all.

 

 

Team Building Activities –

Here at Lower Barn Glamping with over 60 Acres of rolling countryside and 3 fully stocked fishing lakes to take advantage of, there is no finer venue when it comes to hosting a team building or activities day.

Whether you’d like to combine the activities in to a meeting or whether it be a full day of outdoor pursuits in the Sussex countryside, Lower Barn Glamping can surpass all of your expectations energising and motivating people within the business in a purpose built environment making it that extra bit special to you and the company.

 

We can cater for a large range of outdoor activities on the farm whether it be archery, axe throwing, Segway riding, raft making on our very own lakes the list goes on! We differ from your every day team building company as we are able to motivate individuals and teams through our thought provoking, high impact programs such as the ‘foraging expedition’ in our very own set of woods where a guide will take the team off and demonstrate fire lighting exercises and general foraging exercises. We are highly flexible with requests and no task will seem too big or too small. Even off the farm we are able to offer services such as the country renowned Go Ape at the Bedgebury Forest enabling you to ‘walk in the trees’ bringing out your inner tarzan flying down zip slides, leaping off of tarzan swings and sample fun crossings whilst enjoying the views of their beautiful woods. Even more of a bonus it’s only a 10 minute drive from the farm. If that doesn’t tickle your fancy then maybe Bewl Water a water reservoir on an 800 acre plot with over 31 million litres of water suitable for the perfect boating, windsurfing or canoeing days!

All this seems to be a lot to fit in to one day, so why not do two! Where to stay?

All can be finished off back on the farm in our very own personalised accommodation suitable for your every need. We have a number of options for you and your guests to stay all tailored to your needs.

Log Cabins-

With a number of log cabins to offer, whether it be the luxury hidden forest suit or the lake view cabins, cabins of all sizes and requests are available to be tailored to the company and staff needs.

 

Glamping tents-

With over 75 choices of glamping tents ranging from your basic pitch to a 100 ft two story yurt we certainly have the means to offer a perfect ‘to stay’ package on the farm for you and the staff. All bedding is included from the basic sleeping bag to a king size bed with a feather and down duvet for the perfect nights rest. Toiletries are included sourced from our local supplier in Sussex. Luxury local hampers whether it be for a light snack or even breakfast from our local suppliers are included at your request. All put together for different packages and different occasions.

 

Mobile homes –

Mobile homes are available at your request, let us know what you are after and select the ones that will best fit your needs!
